At ISM Summer School, we are committed to creating a nurturing environment where children and teens can build a deep love for Islam, strengthen their understanding of the Quran, and develop strong connections with fellow Muslims. Our three enriching programs cater to different age groups, fostering learning through engaging lessons, spiritual growth, and exciting activities.
Dates: June 2nd to July 30th, 2025 | Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday | Timings: 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM | Ages: 5 years and older
Our primary summer program is designed to instill a love for Islam through hands-on learning and fun, faith-centered experiences. Participants will explore:

Arabic Alphabet & Quranic Reading: From foundational Arabic letters to reading the Quran, students gain a lasting understanding of Quranic language.
Short Surahs: Memorization and reflection on select surahs help children strengthen their spiritual connection and Quranic knowledge.
Islamic Morals and Manners: Through interactive lessons, we teach key values and etiquettes in line with Islamic teachings.
Special Features: Kids enjoy a warm and welcoming Islamic environment with food, games, and social activities, nurturing friendships and Islamic values.

Program Options
Tahfidh and Tajweed Summer Program
Dates: June 9th to July 30th, 2025 | Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM | Age Requirement: Ages 5 and over (must be able to read the Quran)

For students seeking to deepen their Quranic recitation and memorization, the Tahfidh and Tajweed program provides an intensive and personalized curriculum that includes:

Tajweed Rules (Theory & Practice): Comprehensive lessons on Tajweed rules ensure accurate and eloquent Quranic recitation.

Correct Pronunciation (Makharij): Focused practice on the proper pronunciation of Arabic letters.

Quran Memorization & Retention: With guided support, students work toward memorizing and retaining Quranic verses.

One-on-One Qiraat Sessions: Personalized sessions help participants enhance fluency and style in Quranic recitation.

This program is ideal for anyone looking to connect deeply with the Quran through structured learning and supportive mentorship.
Teens for Deen Program
Dates: June 9th to July 30th, 2025 | Days: As Scheduled
Timings: 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM | Ages: 11 and older (boys and girls)

The Teens for Deen Program is designed to offer teens a unique blend of spiritual growth, leadership skills, and fun activities. Highlights include:

Quran Tafsir of Short Surahs: Insightful discussions on the meanings and lessons from short surahs.

40 Hadith & Khutbah Practice: Interactive sessions where teens study key hadith and practice delivering khutbah.

Guest Speakers & Youth Directors: Talks and workshops led by experienced mentors and speakers.

Character Development (Tazkiyah): Focused sessions on ihsan, good manners, and building a positive character.

Activities & Trips: Teens enjoy stayovers, sports, and a special trip to Chicago or Detroit to build community and make lasting memories.
