ISM Youth Education Program

Empowering Teens with Knowledge, Faith, and Community
The ISM Youth Education Program offers a dynamic and supportive environment for teens to deepen their understanding of Islam, strengthen their faith, and build lasting connections with peers. Our program goes beyond traditional classroom learning, blending essential Islamic teachings with engaging discussions and activities that are meaningful to today’s youth. We are committed to nurturing young Muslims who are knowledgeable, confident, and compassionate members of the community.

Program Overview

Our curriculum focuses on the spiritual, intellectual, and moral growth of each participant through:

  • Aqaid: Building a strong foundation in Islamic beliefs to foster a confident Muslim identity.

  • Tajweed: Improving Quranic recitation skills through targeted Tajweed instruction.

  • Tafsir of Short Surahs: Exploring the meanings and teachings of selected surahs to inspire a closer connection to the Quran.

  • Seerah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH): Gaining valuable life lessons from the character and experiences of the Prophet.

  • Tarbiyah (Character Development): Strengthening values such as respect, compassion, and responsibility in line with Islamic teachings.

Special Activities and Community Engagement:

We believe that hands-on experiences and social involvement provide the best support for Islamic learning. To cultivate a well-rounded sense of faith and community, our Youth Education Program includes:

  • Youth Halaqas: Small group gatherings where teens can discuss faith-related topics, ask questions, and seek guidance in a relaxed and open setting.

  • Community Service Projects: Opportunities to give back to the community, fostering empathy, responsibility, and leadership.

  • Overnight Programs: Memorable overnight experiences that build camaraderie, deepen faith, and create cherished memories.

  • Social Events and Outings: Engaging social activities that help youth connect, build friendships that extend beyond the classroom.

Separate Classes for Boys and Girls

Recognizing the unique needs of our youth, we hold separate classes for boys and girls. This arrangement ensures a comfortable and supportive learning environment, fostering focused discussions and engagement.
